I had heard about Duck Donuts, and was so excited to be near one of their locations. I stopped in at the Naperville, IL location and was welcomed immediately by Michael in his duck hat Michael knew I was a first time customer and began telling me all about the donuts. He offered to help me choose some according to my likings and made recommendations. I enjoyed my visit, as well as my donuts. I purchased 1-dozen donuts and my family devoured them. Michael is definitely a keeper! He's a wonderful asset to your company. By the way, the maple bacon was my favorite
First time here. I've never heard of Duck Donuts, but my wife and I decided to try them. Their donuts do taste really good. My only suggestion is to not heat them for so long. My donut came out burning hot, and it was so hot, it fell apart trying to pick it up. Otherwise, their coffee is delicious.
I love that they make the donuts fresh unlike other places. The cashier was so nice and gave us a free donut other than the one we bought and the one we got with a coupon.i also love their mascot called ollie
This place had been on my list to try for awhile and finally made it to this part of town. So many donut choices. They start with the same base and you pick your toppings. Donuts served hot! Service friendly. Cold brew coffee was tasty.
Me and My boyfriend came to this donut shop for the first time and Anna was very helpful on what we should try I will be coming back soon .
Date of visit: April 10 - 11, 2024 My husband is a donut aficionado and we've seen lots of ads for Pinkbox but there aren't any actually on the Strip so we have yet to try them. But during this search I discovered Duck Donuts located in the Grand Bazaar Shops at Horsehoe (a place we pretty much always avoid when we visit), we decided to check them out. On our first visit, we weren't ready to buy any donuts but we wanted to see what it was about. We spent several minutes in the shop looking over the menu and all of the ducks and neither employee gave us the slightest bit of attention. If it was me, I would take that a sign that they don't need my business and wouldn't go back but my husband is far more forgiving and we returned the following day and he was quite glad we did! On the second visit, we had a much better experience; staff was very friendly and explained how the process works as well as some of their other donut options. Because I already had dessert plans, we just went with one donut, a French Toast. My husband loved it, even though he waited until we got back to The Mirage to eat it. It comes in a super cute box and I also enjoyed the one bite that I had; when we come back we will definitely get a small box of these lovelies!
Wanted to see what all the craze was all about. Well... I get it! Nice assortment, made to order and they taste amazing! I tried one of their "seasonal" (Vanilla Latte), and one of their traditional (Cinnamon Bun) They are warm, and delicious. Definitely worth trying!
Really great donut place in Naperville! I liked the fact that we could order on a self service computer which made things super convenient but if the computer seems intimidating, you can also order up at the counter! The service is a little slower than your usual donut place because the donuts are prepared right in front of you. Now on to the good part, the food (and drinks)! We got the s'mores flavored donut and a chocolate donut! I thought both were very delicious. They are pretty sugary but what else do you expect when you get donuts? The only reason why I'm knocking off a star is because we weren't too impressed with our cold brews. We got hazelnut and caramel flavored cold brews with sweet cream on top and I felt like we couldn't even tell the different flavors apart. I think maybe the cups should be labeled so we know which is which? Overall, still a great experience!
Duck Donuts, by the name, you'd never guess what they sell. If you said donuts you'd be right, and if you said Duck Donuts, well that's one variety I didn't see on the menu. They have about as many varieties of Donuts that Bubba Gump had for shrimp. I can attest that the Bacon in the Sun and Maple Bacon are excellent and you can have donuts made to order, just pick your coating, toppings and drizzle. The donuts are fresh made while you wait in their super clean "donut factory". The coffee was hot and fresh and they even have a loyalty card...fill it up with stamps and get a free 1/2 dozen donuts. If you like your donuts fresh, hot and custom made just for you, give Duck Donuts a try.
